I’m originally from Cardiff in Wales, I have lived in Sydney Australia, and also Milwaukee in 1992 for a year as an au pair. I acquired a green card, then moved to Encinitas in ‘97 and have been here ever since!
I love helping people feel relaxed and in tune with their bodies and elevate any pain or discomfort from everyday stress, injury or poor posture.
